Well, I've been working my way through all my error codes that I inherited with my car, (originally there were errors in every section!).
Well I now have it down to just 3 errors left.
Permanent Fault P0101 - Flow meter signal, Air flow to low Coherence.
Permanent Fault P0380 - Pre-Post heating relay circuit, short to positive
Temp fault (no Code) - Amount air measured higher than setting.
Now this was a little discerning for me as one of the first jobs I did was to fit a new MAF to the vehicle when I got it as it was very slugish, low and behold it did the job. So to see a flow meter fault is not very good!
Now that I have examined the circuit diagrams I find that the Glow plugs and flow meter (MAF) share common wiring!
As I am 99% certain the MAF is functioning correctly I am suspecting that the short on the glow plug circuit is also generating the Fault on the MAF. and also the temp fault as well.
I have run all the diagnostics from within lexia pertaining to the faults and all seems well (all relays etc can be heard functioning). So as soon as I get some decent weather I'll be out checking the wiring.
Just wondering though if anyone has had this before?
