Hi there.
Have a 96 ulysse with the fold away key fob. Starting to get a little tired in its old age, and the battery has long been dead! Does anyone know what battery it takes and when I remove the battery, is it easy enough to reprogram? I don't have the code for the alarm panel so don't really want that going off!

If the key is anything like the later (nuovo) Ulysse 2002> type, the battery only works the remote buttons - doors, etc. There's a transponder chip buried in the fob which is unaffected by the battery. The fob is easy to "split" - put a screwdriver or whatever between the two halves where there's a small gap. The battery will be on the little circuit board and simply lifts out.

Cheers for that. I know there's a small screw so will have a look. Thank you.
