new ulysse seats

anyone with new ulysse seat problems,my middle seat middle row been broken since easter.tried to remove it but it jammed,dealer got it out saying all my fault.fiat said faulty runners which they replaced,but seat is broken,again dealer says my fault,fiat will show no more goodwill.strange as i never got the seat out to break it...the central locking also packed in needing a body computer and the driver side power window is faulty needing new motor...car is a 2.0 16v dynamic bought new nov 04

What dealer are you using? There are some good ones and some bad ones about, I am afraid. If they set a precedent by replacing the runners, and that is somehow linked to the seat problem, then they should replace, imo. In what respect is it broken?

I presume the central locking and drivers side window now all working.

One of my rear seats has a clip missing, so the bar doesn't lift up automatically and just drops out. Putting the bar back in and holding it whilst operating the mechanism works in a fashion. Only done this three handed task twice and forgot to mention it at the dealers so far.

Be persistant with the dealer and discuss it with the manager. Good luck.
