Im very very new to this forum and have seen you are the guy in the know

I have a Ulysse Prestigio on a 54 plate and My Connect Nav + is not working. Im using software 5.5 but when I insert my map cd it shows the icon of my car and moves but there is no map and the top just says satellites visible 0.

Have you heard of this before, I just cant seem to get a map on the screen
