2.0EL Petrol Engine Not firing

I have a 2.0EL petrol engine which is only firing on the outside two cylinders.
I was told it was the coil so have fitted a new one but this has made no differance.Any ideas please.

Sounds too heavy for bad spark plugs and/or spark plug cable leakage. Are you sure it's electrical (completely no spark) or bad mixture (running improperly)?

It has had new coil pack,plugs,leads and compression check.You can remove the plug leads from the center two cylinders and put your finger in the end of lead and nothing (not recommended though).

One repair that has been done is the ECU has been sent away and remapped so that the immobilser is no longer active.

I haven't used it on my Ulysse yet, but I have a €10 spark plug tester light in my kit which leaves my manicure in original colour if I want to know things like this .
As for the car, I would recommend going to a Fiat dealer to put it on Fiat Examiner. Seeing as you've changed the coils already, it sounds like an ecu problem.

are you sure that there is no spark?

I assume that you have ruled out a compression issue on these cylinders?

In answer to the compression all the cylinder are reading normal and so I have sent my ECU back to be re checked.
