| Ulysse Rear Door Hassle Hi Guys I have recently purchased a 2003 Ulysse eleganza and now have a problem with the drivers side rear door. The door is not functioning at all using the key fob or the power buttons in the car,the door will only operate manually and this has to be opened from the inside by flicking the handle 3 or 4 times. The power window also is not functioning at all. The 40Amp fuse next to the battery is ok and the connection seems clean. Fiat locally have stated not a common problem and wont be recored as a fault code so they will just start by stripping the door at 80 pounds/hour!!!! Any advice gratefully appreciated.Cheers

| Re: Ulysse Rear Door Hassle
Have tried all the connections and cleaned them all seems well, still no action-Then door started working and window fully opened but will not close seems to be no power to window at all, have noticed that the door skin has been removed previously and obviously there has been issues here with the previous owner. So now have a door that will work with power but not close completely touches closed and then opens again and a window that is fully open in the Glasgow rain!! Any helpful hints anyone please

| Re: Ulysse Rear Door Hassle Hi Guys Still having problems with the rear offside electric sliding door works intermittently and fails to close completely although no obvious foreign body after taking the piano switches out and re inserting appears to cure the fault for short while. However the electric window on the same side is not working. Have asked local fiat dealer to look at this quote £650.00 to replace the door motor but they arent sure that this will cure the problem. Would be grateful if anyone has any knowlege or contact Scotland who may be able to look at this and help Cheers

| Re: Ulysse Rear Door Hassle Update on the door , despite the dealers stating it was the door driver motor and estimate of £650, after four days the fault wes reported as two corroded wires near the rearside rear window cost £171.00 vat included also had to adjust the drivers door a little to allow closing of rear door
