Rear Electric sliding door prob 2003

Hi ALL
Have a small problem with door the rear right sliding (electric) and the electric window in the same door, when trying to close the door with either remote or the standard buttons the door fails to respond and have to perform manually, then sometimes it closes but then automatically opens again straight away, and now the window in same door wont close (electric) Any ideas ? anyone else had this problem.
New to the Ulysse club, have had it 2 months, again i only have one blue key any ideas on where and how to get a second(no master code ) also dont have the sat nav CD where can I source these? Cheers for any help

Now seems that the door and window are refusing to function at all-opening manually only any helpful ideas gratefully accepted
