timing belt on a '96 EL 2.0L

I want to change my timing belt. I have done it before on a Mondeo without too much trouble but that was with a Haynes manual at hand.
Does anyone know if there are any pully notches etc to line up before taking off the new belt? I was quoted £150+ by FIAT to fit one but as the belt itself is quite inexpesive, a DIY job becomes quite attractive.
