Bulb Problems

Hi,
First post for me.
On my '98 2.0el Uly. my mileage readout has disappeared, along with the temp. readout on the climate control. Also the clock now shows only two 'sticks', but more sometimes appear when punched!
Are these bulb problems?
Are they easy to access?
Is there a Fiat guide on how to change these bulbs?
