Ulysse - No highbeam and lights always on!

Just bought an '02 Ulysse from auction ....bad idea!

The headlights turn on automatically, and you cannot turn them off again! They turn themselves off about 2 mins after the car is locked.

Also NO highbeam, and it's failed the MOT as a result

Fuses and bulbs are all okay. The vehicle is fitted with a "follow me home" function which turns the lights on automatically, but that's only supposed to be for 45 secs.

My thoughts on the high beam are going to the control stalk or the light control unit....which is made my peugeot I think

Can anyone suggest something, or does anyone have a wiring diagram? PLEASE
