ulysee 05 jtd washer probs

Hi I've posted on the site in the past ( with various probs) been a while!! I've just sailed through my Mot (a year early because it's a Taxi) but the next day front washer not working, wipers work , but no water, rear are fine. It seems that it's possibly the Stalk, or the fuse control box (below steering) but not sure? any one had any similar probs with Stalk or fuse control box??

This hasppened to me last Summer and it turned out to be a poor contact with the Fuse in the Fusebox in the engine bay.
