new central locking / new ignition

Hey all, first post!

I have a 1997 Ulysse 2.0 S

Just got new central locking kit - doors & ignition

I got 4 new keys - the blades on all of them are identical, two of them have a standard-looking bow you can hold to apply torque

but two of them have the tiniest bit of plastic instead of anything hold-able - what gives with them?

are they only for cutting? are they supposed to be fitted into an adapter?

I think the other two are for fitting to the remote fob.
That fob has the alram on off buttons.
And the key part flicks out when the button pressed.
