Anyone have a Towbar fitted ?

Good morning all. I am booked to have a standard towbar fitted on Friday by Towequipe of Coventry, but I am a bit nervous of how it will look when it is finished. Just wondered if anyone could send me a photo of how a fitted towbar looks? (Photos to leighcole@ntlworld.com - thanks a lot). Also has anyone had any experience of this company, they sell quite reasonable towbars on ebay?

Will send you photo, but did they say what bar they are fitting? How do they define 'standard'?

John ;)

Thanks John. Their 'Standard' towbar means not detachable.

I wasn't told it was, but looking at how it is fitted, yes it is!

Not that I'd want to though!

Leigh

Did you have it fitted, how much was it and does it look ok?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Rich

Hi Rich

Yeah all done, and it is a cracking job. £135 all in with single electrics for trailer. I haven't got a bumper guard fitted though as they said it might affect the reversing sensor signals.
Also if its of any interest we got the windows tinted yesterday by TLC Window Tinting in Leicester (£225) and it looks the part now. 5% transmission film on the rear 3 windows, 13% on the middle 2 and 25% on the front 2.

Cheers ! [8D]
