ello everybody,
I want to put on my Fiat 500 1.2 8V the throttle body of the Grande Punto 1.4 8V, that has approx. 3mm bigger diameter (41mm vs. 44mm, that means about +15% area). The fixing geometry, the outer size and the electrical connector are the same, so basically installing it is not the big deal.
My question is now, has anybody done this also before (maybe on a Grande Punto 1.2 8V) and can so share some experience?
Is the electrical spec the same?
Is it necessary to learn (or re-mary with the ECU) the throttle body again at a Fiat workshop?
Thanks and best regards
Olli
