Had my evo multiair turbo sporting remapped today. The car as standard should be 133bhp and 152 lb/ft. I have a cat back custom exhaust and a k&n panel filter. After doing much research I was expecting around 160ish Bhp and 180 torque. On the first run my car read 113bhp and 132 torque. There was no faults found and everything was running how it should. Did a second run and it was similar results again. He could not figure out why it was so down in power. He carried out a remap and adjusted the boost. My car is now 133 Bhp and 157 torque. The car feels better but is only running how it should be as standard! More boost can not be added as it's at it's safe limit. He even ran a smoke test to check for leaks and that was ok. He suggested that it may be something mechanical, manifold, cam belt etc.

Has anybody had similar issues on a remap with the multiair engine?

He had remapped a 14 plate abarth 500 and that read 133bhp as standard but he said they have a different make ecu.
