I don't drive a Tipo.....but have you checked the fuses.
If so is there power to the window switch.
Is there power to the connection down by the door .
Wires to the window motor are thay all ok .
On removing the window did you remove any earth wires and not put back.
The side window runners are thay dry ? that may stop the window from going up.
Is the motor it's self ok not seized in anyway.
PS don't forget to put on the ignition when testing the window op.

yea, i found it...wire were broken in door.

Now works fine.
