Adapter leads

Hi, I am about to order a new head unit for my Fiat tipo, as the original has no security card and has been lost.

I have found the headunit I like, and know that I may need an adapter. Is this one suitable: http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/pro...s_id/1587.html

Thanks

assuming the current radio has the correct wiring harness already fitted. neither of my tipos did but i'm sure the radio had been changed a few times at least, easy enough to connect up though.

Its currently got a standard SANYO radio cassette in there, with a removable security part. Do i need the adapter still?
