Well I dont think I will be having white dials after all. There dosent seem to be anything suitable to print them onto like white acetate or any sort of plasticy stuff.

i'm pretty sure everyone else uses photo paper/card and sticks it ontop of the original...

You may find that if you speak to Mook over at http://www.skewer.co.uk/ and provide those diagrams if they are exact, & he may make some for you.
His dials are excellent quality, maybe a tad expensive compared to other mass produced dials, but for one off custom work thats what you pay for. I have a set in my Celica GT4 which were made exactly how I wanted them to be, so different to everybody elses.
