Technical Where's the coolant bleeding point?

Just new to this (old fart) want to change my coolant/top up antifreeze.
can't find the bleeding point - can anyone help? Marea 20v 2.0ltr 1999.

1999 Would make it a VIS engine with the plastic cover?
If it is then there are 3 bleed screws. 1 either end of the radiator and one along a pipe that goes along the right hand side of the engine.
