My 53 2000 jtd eleganza has just returned on a recovery. The reason being that something dropped off underneath. I will give you the same description that I gave fiat who couldn't find it on their system.

Underneath, just forward of the passenger footwell there is a cover which allows air into it. Inside this cover is what I can only call a radiator which is connected to the fuel lines. I need to replace all three items but fiat cannot tell me what it's called. Please help

If it's got fuel pipes going to it, it's likely to be the auxilliary heater. Fiat price for the part (item 1 in the diagram) is about £1000.

Disconnect it and forget it, you may even be able to sell it on ebay! They are not worth the bother. (y)

Many thanks - it is the fuel cooler on order £99 from Fiat. Just a note of warning to anyone thinking of using a scrap yard. The prices quoted were higher that Fiats new.
