Wessex Fiat cardiff

Poor first experience if fiat cardiff.
I was in the parts department yesterday to buy a full set of wipers for my 2007 panda.
The guy sold me 1 random wiper and 2 Hyundai parts!
No wonder I struggled to get them on! The shaft on my fiat it a little wider than the Hyundai wipers are!
Anyway, ended up at Halfords to get a set!
Very disappointed

Yeah I should have known better. I bought a new 500 there last year for my wife. Great staff, great service.
I just happened to be passing the Wessex site
Lesson learned though.
What do you think of Alpha Yapps in llanishen?

I've never used them, but they are not a franchised dealer anymore are they?

They may be fine for parts/service??
