I am new to this site and was wondering if someone could help with some advice. I have just brought a S reg fiat punto and it has BSA alloy, tyre size 185/55 R15 82v and i have been told that the two front wheels need to be changed, I am finding that these wheels are very expensive does anyone know what would be my best option or any other alternatives

That's the size of the tyre, not the wheel. Wheel size will be

Wheel diameter (same as of the tyre, so 15")
Pitch Circle Diameter (if you're not using wobble bolts, this will be 98)
ET (offset)

You'll find this stuff stamped on the wheel, often on the inside. Without it, you've little chance of getting a wheel to match.

Anyway, who says you need to change the front wheels, and why?
