New here and looking for help. My wife bought a 2016 Fiat 500 recently and the Uconnet system has constantly rebooted itself every 3 - 4 minute ever since. On reading some post it sound like the SW/Firmware needs updating and I have managed to download the Uconnect Firmware v 13.00.80.01, however I m not sure:
1) if this is the right version ?
2) Its a fully zipped download and not sure if I need all the unzipped files?
3) When I connect the USB drive it doesn't detect any media
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
