Tyre Pressures

Bought myself a Halfords Rapid Digital Tyre Inflator today (Sale: £19.99).

Was quite surprised at how bad the pressures were in my tyres - particularly the front. The GP 1.2 175/65 R15 fronts are supposed to be 2.2 bar - one of mine read 1.7 before I got the inflator running.

Excellent piece of kit - currently £25 off (and no I don't work for Halfords!)

Just put in your vehicles registration and it will come back with the correct pressures in psi and bar

I got the Michelin Digital Automatic one in Halfords Christmas sale. Check my tyres every week. Excellent piece of kit.

Just bought an 04 Panda 1.1. Have not owned a car for some years so even checking tyre pressure is an issue. My manual says 2.0 bar for front and 1.8 bar for back. How does that convert to PSI?

2.0 bar is 29psi and 1.8 bar is 26psi
