Full working engine, low mileage and with ancillaries. No turbo though

Wow nice price too! Wonder what's really wrong with it?
If I had the cash on me now I'd snap up that engine right now, loved those Uno Turbos back in the day, but Mr Insurance said no back then and I was only a Student at the time.
Would make a lovely restoration project, certainly one I've always fancied doing. Got my other HGT I'm still working on ATM, so no space
Oh well, dream a little dream I suppose...
It's cheaper than the other engines listed probably because of missing Turbo, but will be interesting to see how much it finally goes for
