Just wondering, how do 500's get from the factory in Tychy to the UK / Ireland? Obviously the last leg is by ferry but are they transported by road on typical car transporters or by train? I'm presuming Irish cars reach us via the UK. My S is due to be built next week so just curious about the logistics re how it actually arrives at the dealer.

They get a ferry over to the UK, to Portbury Docks by Bristol to be exact, where they then sit for weeks on end waiting to be collected by a car transporter to take them to the dealer. I had to call Fiat for mine, as it got 'stuck' at that stage for nearly 3 weeks...
