Technical tipo headrests

is there anyone out there who can help me i've recently purchased a set of seat covers for my fiat tipo but i'm having trouble removing the headrests to fit them. i admit to being a woman but these have got me beat.

Which model seats? There were some with adjustable headrests, some with soft plastic fixed ones..

Possibly a photo would explain best.
