Technical Timing belt tensioner

I am hoping that someone can tell me what I have done wrong here, I have fitted the new timing belt tensioner, but I can't figure out how it should be centered..

And the alignment doesn't look too good here either:

Anyone know what is wrong?

I have realised that there isn't actually anything wrong, it should look like this, there is a pivot point just out of shot...
