Technical throttle body/MAP update

Hi i have a 1.6L 16V 2002 stilo, running in limpmode atm, throttle valve doesn't open when accelerating, and giving the usual P1684, P1687, P1220 errors. I've cleaned the throttle valve, cleaned connectors and did a throttle relearn, as covered in previous threads, with no results. I'd like to do a throttle body/MAP update before i open the throttle body to have a look at the electrical tracks. How can i do the update ? Can i just use a ecu flasher interface, like the galletto 1250, with some appropriate software ? Thanks

Why not just go to a dealer and get them to do it? After all, they do have the software.

I could do that but would be good to have the kit in the future.
