General Split pipe

Hi guys you probably know but I have been having trouble with the boost on my mk2. Got car on ramps today and found this. The pipe that goes from intercooler to Turbo was split. Would this cause top end boost problems also running and over fueling. Cheers Deano.

Looks like something's actually gone through the pipe & got stuck in there too!
