This is my first post on the forum, and I would like to say thank you in advance of any help you may send my way.

I have a split in the bottom intercooler hose on a 2004 Ulysse 2.2JTD making it sound like a hoover. I have been onto my local Fiat, Citroen and Peugeot dealers trying to find the correct part.

I have attached a copy of the diagram they have sent me, which are nearly right. The hose I am looking for goes from part 3 to part 5 on the diagram.

I have attached a picture of the hose in question.

I have super-glued the split, patched it with a bike puncture repair kit then bound it with self amalgamating tape and a load of duct tape so hopefully it will last for a week or so until I can get a new one.

I would really appreciate if anyone could identify the correct part number for me as I starting to think someone has changed the hoses for the wrong ones previously.

Is the car that's broken?

If so I'll be up for buying the hose if it's the same one :D

Just seen your last post, guess its the car then!

The hose I need is the one that's missing in your photo

No sorry, not that one either, but thanks for trying.

I think the part you require can be obtained from a Citroen or Peugeot dealer, part No 0382X5, cost £31.56 including VAT.

Thanks for the replies, I will get on to Peugeot tomorrow. :)
