Technical Schumacher speedo issues

in short, it registers distance, i have fitted new speedo sensor, needle doesnt move from 0 at all ,is this a instrument cluster issue? previous cars i had where cable so this is new ground to me.

i can live without it,but rather i had some indication as gps only good for motorway to me

Check out diagram E4010 left had side of the image. Connector B, pin 9 takes the signal from the speed sensor
