remove passengers door

Hi First post here.
I have just bought a mk 2 Punto and need to change the passengers door as it is rusted badly and a secondhand door the same colour seems a better option than a respray.
How do you take the old door off,do you split the hinges or do you take the hinges off from the door pillar.

2x 10mm nuts on top of the hinges and a multi plug for the wiring if i remember right!,put masking tape down the edge of the wing and new door when u fit em,as its easy to damage the paint around the swage line area.

yup pretty much....theres also a star bolt for the check strap

you sometimes have to whack the hinges to get them to go free after undoing bolts
these are heavy doors so wind window down before you start so you can get a grip of the door via the frame
