Hello;

there are two pins in the rear caliper holder, should the rubber pin be down or up?
Can anyone who knows their location reply?

I'd guess the rubber sheath is there to absorb any slack in the pins, to absorb the rotational movement when the brakes are applied and prevent a knock. If the sheath needs to be on the bottom i.e. "leading" pin, compared to the rotation of the disc, then you would imagine the front calipers would have the sheath fitted to the top pin.. (which rings a bell...) but I'm sure I've mixed mine up over the years and not had any issues..
