Technical rattle

I have a serious rattle from the NS and the serious NS inner tyre wear. Could this be the lower suspension arm? I've had the tracking checked and they said its spot on.

Check the bottom A frame bushes, if these are worn you'll have wear on inside edges and you'll notice clunking at full lock occasionally, especially when doing 3 point turns.
