Hi,
I thought this idea may be of general interest and have not seen it done elsewhere.
I am getting new number plates made up for my "Yellow Broom" coloured Mark 1 punto, which I have read elsewhere on the forum is colour IIRC 258, ( unfortunately I don't know what that refers to. )
I know that matching due to fading can be a problem, but my car has been kept in a dark garage almost every minute of it's life. ( only done 5k miles )
On the front numberplate I would like to have a big, wide matching border made into the plate. i.e. a Broom Yellow border on the white plate.
I plan to use "cheapestplates" on ebay, but am willing to be guided elsewhere.
How can I communicate the colour that the border should be to the person making up the plates.
thanks very much,
John
