Photoshop Result poll

Could anyone with a few free minutes make a poll with all the final entrants or tell me how to make the thread into a poll thread as i have got all the photos on a thread but unsure how to get the poll up.

The option to include a poll is right down the bottom of the 'create new thread' page.
