Tuning Panda 1.2 to 1.4 abarth swap

Has anyone ever done an abarth 1.4 swap on a panda ? I mean it fits in a dam 500 it would in a panda right ? Engine mounts even look the same, god knows what complications one would run into, not sure about mot either, the 1.2 69hp needs more, what about an amr500 supercharger? I have installed a sprint booster to aid throttle response and it feels so much better, but then it does just give the illusion of more power, you quickly get brought back to reality in the aforementioned scenarios, as for a different car ? No insurance is crippling, can't even insure a 660cc susuki kei car..... they wanted £2200 it's not all negative though, I am installing a good complete sound system so at least I can get passed while listening to my tunes.
