Technical Noise when decelerating

Hi I am new to this forum just after abit of honest and experienced advice before turning to a garage. I have 1.9d el scudo 2000.
It is making a noise which sounds like a bad bearing/rubbing noise. Sound coming from alternator belt/ cam belt side. If anyone could have an idea of a common fault or any idea what it is would be great! Thankyou for your time.

I have the same problem 2002 EL . I don't have a clue what to look at first, it sounds like wheel bearing stating to go. wheel off at the weekend i think
