Just need to hang on to it for 89 years and then it might be worth as much as a new family hatchback from that era.

I'm not sure 90years of storage fees would make it a very sound investment.

That Tipo comes from a time when cars were properly built and expected to last decades. A modern car is really only built to last 10-15 years. It would be interesting to see if any of today's generation of cars last as long as this. A 1927 Tipo would have still been something quite special, not so much now though.
