Technical MOT help - Emissions, grrrr

What might I need to do to bring this down??

Can of redex and a decent Italian Tune-Up blast down some backroads immediately prior to presenting for re-test. The cat's some way back from the engine and doesnt get warm easily - it needs to be hot to do it's job.

Plugs, leads, air filter and oil in good order?

Should have added that it had additive in. oil, filter, plugs etc less than 50 miles ago.


Would it also be worth cleaning up the lambda at all?
