Hi does anyone know much about 2.4 5 cylinder diesel marea's .
Are they a good engine many probe's ,Are they very thirsty do I need a diesel tanker to follow me about Or should I run for the hills. I know 1.9 jtd are brill
The one im looking at is 99 t reg 1 owner 53,000 all the mot,s but no service history have been told it only one of nine lift in uk .

AS an ex owner of a 130JTD Weekend i can only comment on the fact that it was an excellent car by any standards - hot hatch scaring performance, plenty of space and 50mpg mostly. Would like another one if any still exist.

I've been looking at that one if it is, sounds good to me but no service history.

I have driven one before and I liked it and I do 70k a year.
