Technical Instrument cluster lcd screen

I have a 2014 Citroen Relay campervan. Recently the instrument cluster lcd screen failed. I have removed the cluster and disassembled it to reveal the actual lcd screen. I believe its the same part as Fiat. Citroen do not supply the screen, only the whole instrument cluster at £1500 !
Does anybody know where I can obtain the actual screen (not the instrument cluster). The part number on the screen is COG-VLIT 1343-02.

If you have difficulty in sourcing a replacement economically for DIY, you might try approaching someone like Cartronix for a repair.

The listing here implies that they are able to replace the LCD screen (See the note part way down the page - £250).
