Technical Ignition module??

hi fiater's
does the 1.4 engine have a 'ignition module?' (here's the reason i ask)
2012 sport being sold, owner says it cranks over, but wonlt fire up. says had it diagnosed, cause is faulty ignition module. 'googleing the part returns no results, and speaking to the dodge\crysler\fiat parts dept say don't find a 'ignition module,' for that model. anyone have knowledge of that?

It must have one but probably not named as ignition module. Probably body computer.

Makes me think if it was properly diagnosed why wasn't it fixed? A coil pack is s relatively very cheap part to try and get car running again.
Who diagnosed it ? Would be good question.
