depends on the engine.
anything from 6bhp to 70bhp!
My JTD went from 100bhp to 154bhp!!! I then detuned it to 132bhp as it was undrivable round town with that much power!! lol

On a petrol without mods you will be looking around 3-8bhp increase. this also makes the rev range smoother.
Turbo diesel is around a 50bhp increase, can be more but fuel economy them goes downhill dramaticialy.

yeah.. you do loose some MPG on the JTD.... but look at what you get!!
