So, I have joined the Fiat 500 1.3 Multijet fraternity by purchasing a 59 plate car with a serious big end knock.
I discovered that, despite assurances to the contrary, Vauxhall Corsa CDTI engines are not a direct swap.
Finally got the Corsa engine running, having used all of the ancillary bits from the old Fiat engine and it now wants me to change the new oil I put in it and the engine light is coming on if I go past 3000 rpm. Oh the joy!! It is fun to drive though.
