General Help please im out of ideas..

Hi all, i have a 2006 doblo van only purchased last week after selling my panda.
The problem im having is a starting issue sometimes it starts up fine then other times it justs turns over. when it turns over with no start it turn slightly slower than when its just starts straight up.
I have charged the battery.. no difference
I checked and replaced the earth lead from the battery to the chasis then on to the box. no change.
The transponder is working fine as the little padlock symbol goesout on the dash as it should.
I dont think it would be the cam or crank sensors as the van run great and smooth when it decides to actualy start.
I have also plugged in delphi and there is no fault codes relating to starting the only one is p0481 for the fan i believe.
Im at a lose HELP

Yeah that would help ? 1.3 multijet

Check the fuel rail pressure

Low cranking speed: low pressure

If pressure is too low it wont inject anything

Try cranking with clutch pedal UP..

Then DOWN

clutch pedal down means the starter is turning less metal..

If its improved.. could be starter..or battery

Does the glow plug light test ok?

Yeap glow plugs fine will give the church idea ago I'm leaning towards the starter on its way out tbh
