General help needed

filled up and set off to brid cruise, gearstick started shaking really bad and then if i go above 40 wobbles ridiculously feels like left to right full car shakes, yet if i put my fut on the clutch goes smooth again, and on turning it wobbles too any ideas ?

Sounds like a knackered input shaft bearing.

Mine was doing the same thing. Got the gearbox out and replaced it thanks to the fantastic guide on here by Mr Wild. Going back in tomorrow.

input shaft bearing, inside the box ?

i put 2 new output shaft bearings on a few weeks ago as there was gearbox oil leaking outta the box were the shafts go in

Yes, that's the one I ment. There is only one bearing though. You replaced two?

Did you also replace the oil seal?
