Was really sorry to hear about this, at least everyone was ok though.
I love the gen 1 Cube's, if they were available in manual I'd be allover one, the 2nd gen's just don't cut it for me despite the manual gearbox option

I'm guessing your referring to Grogu as a gen1? Cause there is one before it, really not many of them about mind lol.
They are known as Z10, Z11 & Z12 Cubes - Grogu was a Z11 which confusingly are built on a K12 micra platform. The newer rounder one that they sold here for short time with manual 1.6, thats the Z12. I'm not keen on the newer ones either, the front can look quite good but the back is just wrong lol.

Tbh the no manual thing, it would be easy to swap a manual in but they genuinely feel right not manual, its just really calm place to be, big bench seat right across and column shift thing. But I have looked it up, all the mounting points for everything is there, right down to a centre console, apparently the holes are there to mount that around a gear lever once swapped even though it has no centre console at all in any cube (micras do though).

I'd probably buy another CVT one even if there was a manual now i've had one and not scared of it at all. I have never, not once, when driving the cube wished i could be banging gears, its just not that at all haha. My only downer on them is they are a bit crap on fuel which will be the CVT lol.
