Technical Front Half Axis installation

I Have a problem My car is throwing out the half axis .
The car has only 99000km
I installed a new one the last weekend
But i have the same issue
Is there any way to advice on this issue.

What work was done before the first one popped out? Is the clip damaged?

Before 3000 kms wi change the wishbones
And the tie rods
Carrier end links

What's that object at about 5 o'clock in the first picture (overlapping diagonally with the bearing) - is it preventing the shaft from pushing fully home and clipping in?
